Custom orders begin with a $500 design deposit that is fully applicable to the order. Designs are approved by digital image, email or regular mail. Once we receive final approval, an estimate is quoted and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due upon completion.
Custom orders take 4-12 weeks depending on the difficulty of manufacturing.
If we are unable to measure you than the size or measurement(s) you provide will be what we use. Ring sizers and measurers vary so it’s a good idea to be sized at two stores by experienced sales associates.
