Spanish Cross Ring

This Spanish Colonial gold coin was minted in Spain during the first period of the reign of Philip V (1700-1724 and 1724-1746). The 2 escudo coin was trimmed to its present size during the 18th C. , normally the coin would have been larger in circumference.
