Sterling Silver Adobe House Charms-Pueblo Indians adopted the Spanish technique of forming mud into sun dried adobe bricks. Adobe is a construction material made from mud, straw & mud mixed and put in molds to make adobe bricks. The Taos Pueblo adobe bricks are stacked to make multi storied homes, sometimes 5 stories high! Adobe homes showcase thick adobe walls and flat roofs, usually a single story, emphasizing integration with the natural environment. You can see how the adobe house and pueblo style buildings influenced the architecture of New Mexico, referred to as Santa Fe Style.  Available in Sterling Silver and 14kt from our Soutwest Enchanted Charm Collection.
